One of the rare misses for me from the A24 movie production machine. There’s a lot of the elements that I like from their other work, but in “Bodies Bodies Bodies” the silly and vapid characters are so unbelievably ridiculous that I found it hard to stay in the story for the entire film. Perhaps it was intentional, but I definitely had a better time when I realized that no one in this movie should be taken seriously and that no one would be making any choices that made any sense, even in context of the story.
