Directed by Brandon Trost. With Seth Rogen, Sarah Snook, Molly Evensen, Eliot Glazer. An immigrant worker at a pickle factory is accidentally preserved for 100 years and wakes up in modern-day Brooklyn.
Enjoyable but easy to forget about, This is a HBOmax movie that entertains without really chipping away at it’s own message too much. Seth Rogan continues to flex his acting abilities in new and exciting ways, I’m happy to see him outside of the comfort zone of his normal pot infused characters.
I do have an interest in making my own pickles now, so that’s curious.
