Here’s the setting: some third world country that has a horrible yellow tint problem where horrible things are happening to horrible people. Our hero, as played by Chris Hemsworth, is a brutal merc that’s hired to go save one of the less horrible people in the film. He has to kill a couple hundred people to get there though, so that’s the main point of the film, a shallow plot with serviceable action scenes.
