Directed by George Nolfi. With Samuel L. Jackson, Nicholas Hoult, Anthony Mackie, Nia Long. In the 1960s two African-American entrepreneurs hire a working-class white man to pretend to be the head of their business empire while they pose as a janitor and chauffeur.
A delightfully frustrating tale of two black men trying to make money in America. I think I could watch Anthony Mackie and Sam Jackson play off each other like this for a very long time, they have an indelible chemistry that’s simply perfect.
